The Claim
Information requires a channel, a source, and a receiver. The Logos is the channel through which divine information structures reality. Shannon's channel capacity theorem maps to the maximum rate at which truth can be communicated through a noisy (sin-corrupted) channel. Kolmogorov complexity measures the minimum description length — the Logos is the minimum sufficient description of reality itself. The Logos is the shortest program that generates all of observable creation; Shannon entropy is the measure of meaning-degradation through sin; channel capacity bounds the rate at which divine truth propagates through fallen creation without distortion.
If reality could exist without information structure, the mapping breaks. If the universe were maximally random (K(x) = |x|, zero compressibility), no Logos-like compression principle exists and ISO-006 is falsified.
Superposition = holding multiple possibilities before measurement. Faith = holding commitment before evidence resolves. The observer effect establishes that consciousness participates in collapsing reality from possibility to actuality. Prayer operates as consciousness directed at specific outcomes — a directed collapse of the probability wavefunction at the macro-experiential level. PEAR Lab demonstrated consciousness affects random event generators at 6.35σ; the Global Consciousness Project showed correlated anomalies at 6σ across 325+ replicas. Faith is the structural posture of remaining in superposition while directing conscious intention toward a specific collapse.
If consciousness is demonstrated to have zero effect on physical systems (PEAR/GCP fully debunked, replications return null) the mapping weakens significantly. If faith required zero uncertainty (pure propositional knowledge), it would not structurally map to superposition, which requires uncertainty over multiple eigenstates.
Mass curves spacetime — objects follow geodesics (paths of least action) through curved space. Grace curves moral-spiritual spacetime — agents follow the path of least resistance through a grace-curved landscape. The equivalence principle (gravity = acceleration in a local frame) maps to the theological claim that grace = the natural trajectory of a being when properly aligned with its Source. The Cross is identified as the extremal path: the one trajectory through the moral-spiritual manifold satisfying all boundary conditions simultaneously (Creation, Fall, Redemption, Consummation) — just as a geodesic uniquely satisfies given boundary conditions in curved spacetime. Grace bends the manifold such that what was previously the steepest ascent becomes the natural descent.
If grace operated instantaneously (point interaction) rather than through curvature-field effects (manifold deformation), the mapping breaks. If the Cross were shown to not satisfy δS = 0 over the theological manifold, or if no variational functional exists over that manifold, ISO-008 is falsified.
Mathematical Form
Mapping: H(X) measures Logos-channel capacity. Sin-corruption reduces effective transmission below theoretical maximum.
Mapping: C = max rate truth propagates through fallen creation. N corresponds to sin-corruption. The Logos optimizes S/N by being the signal itself; the Incarnation is direct in-channel transmission.
Mapping: The Logos is K(universe) — the irreducible generator of all creation (Proverbs 8; John 1). A universe with K(x) = |x| (incompressible) would have no Logos-structure.
Mapping: I(X;Y) measures communion between Creator and creation. I = 0 is total alienation; I = H(X) is perfect reception. Sanctification increases mutual information.
Mapping: Pre-collapse |ψ⟩ = holding all possibilities simultaneously. Faith is this posture: commitment-before-resolution (Hebrews 11:1).
Mapping: Prayer/faith does not override the Born rule but shifts the distribution toward specific eigenstates — consistent with PEAR results at 6.35σ.
Mapping: The theological Hamiltonian = the set of covenantal obligations governing trajectory. Prayer is a perturbation of Ĥ; the Schrödinger equation describes continuous evolution of the faith-state.

Mapping: The Cross satisfies δS = 0 over the theological manifold — the unique path satisfying all four boundary conditions: holiness (Creation), justice (Fall), mercy (Redemption), glorification (Eschatology). This is the Faith Through Physics formulation of atonement necessity.
Mapping: Grace ≡ alignment-with-Source in any local moral frame. The "light yoke" (Matthew 11:30) is the theological equivalence principle: properly aligned, the moral law feels like natural motion, not external constraint.

The Standard Model Lagrangian fits on one page; GR reduces to one tensor equation. K(universe) is vastly less than the raw bit-count of observable phenomena — the empirical signature of a Logos-structure. Chaitin's algorithmic information theory and Wigner's "unreasonable effectiveness of mathematics" both support this reading independently.
Eugene Wigner's 1960 paper "The Unreasonable Effectiveness of Mathematics in the Natural Sciences" constitutes independent philosophical evidence for Logos-structure: if the universe were informationally random, mathematics would be useless for physics — the opposite of what we observe at every scale.
12+ years of double-blind experiments at Princeton demonstrated human consciousness affects Random Event Generators (REGs) at 6.35σ. The effect persists across operators, machines, time delays, and spatial separations — empirical evidence that consciousness actively participates in physical outcomes, consistent with prayer as directed intentional influence.

The Cross satisfies δS = 0 over the theological manifold: (1) holiness BC — perfect obedience, no sin in the substituted party; (2) justice BC — penalty fully absorbed; (3) mercy BC — penalty redirected from the guilty; (4) eschatological BC — new creation and glorification secured. The Hubble tension (∼9% discrepancy in H₀ measurements) suggests an evolving dark energy component. Within ISO-008, this is consistent with an evolving Λ(t) — interpreted as an evolving eschatological tension: creation's groan toward consummation (Romans 8:22) with a measurable cosmological signature.

ISO-006-008 forms a coherent triad within the POF 2828 framework covering Laws 06, 07, and 08. Information (ISO-006) establishes the formal grounding of reality in the Logos; Quantum Mechanics (ISO-007) establishes the participatory role of consciousness; General Relativity (ISO-008) establishes the curvature-by-presence principle. Laws 1–8 form mirror pairs across the midpoint. ISO-006 mirrors ISO-005 because Shannon entropy and thermodynamic entropy are formally related (Boltzmann H-theorem, Landauer's principle). ISO-007 mirrors ISO-004 because QED unifies both, and Faith and the Spirit-Field both operate at the determinism/freedom boundary. ISO-008 mirrors ISO-001 because GR geodesics arise from Noether's theorem on spacetime symmetries, just as covenantal obligations arise from God's character-symmetry.
ISO-006/007/008 constitute a trinitarian pattern: Information/Logos (Word, second person), Faith/Spirit-participation (Spirit, third person), Grace/geodesic (Father's will bending creation). This triad is not imposed on the physics — it emerges from the formal structure of the three pillars of modern theoretical physics: information theory, quantum mechanics, and general relativity.
The triad builds on: Wheeler's "It from Bit" (information ontology), Penrose's Emperor's New Mind (quantum consciousness), Teilhard's Omega Point (eschatological curvature), and Torrance's Space, Time and Incarnation (theological geometry). None formalized the isomorphisms in falsifiable form or identified chi variables explicitly — that is the Faith Through Physics contribution.
Status
The Kolmogorov complexity mapping. The universe's extreme algorithmic compressibility is empirically well-established; the Logos-as-minimum-description mapping is structurally clean and survives falsification attempts by requiring only that the universe be formally compressible — which all of physics presupposes.
The noise-as-sin mapping. Shannon noise is mathematical; sin is moral/relational. The analogy is plausible but requires formalizing "moral entropy" as a measurable quantity before the channel capacity equation applies quantitatively rather than just structurally.
The superposition-to-faith structural mapping. Hebrews 11:1 ("substance of things hoped for, evidence of things not seen") is the cleanest theological parallel to the pre-measurement quantum state. This element requires no empirical quantum-consciousness claim and holds purely at the formal/structural level.
The mechanistic link between consciousness and quantum collapse is contested. ISO-007 is classified "parallel" because the isomorphism is formally valid but the mechanism (consciousness as collapse agent) is not yet established physics. The mapping could be purely structural without being literally quantum.
The variational principle applied to the Cross. The Paschal event simultaneously satisfying all four theological boundary conditions is formally analogous to a geodesic satisfying the Euler-Lagrange equations with given boundary conditions — both structurally precise and theologically rich, giving a geometric account of atonement necessity.
The Hubble tension interpretation remains speculative. Λ is a fixed constant in standard GR; an evolving Λ(t) requires modified gravity theories. The eschatological reading of the tension adds a layer of speculation the other ISO-008 evidence does not require.
ISO-006-008 is the central triad of the Faith Through Physics framework. Two of three are confirmed at high confidence; ISO-007 is classified parallel pending a stronger mechanistic link. The triad is internally consistent, mutually reinforcing, and produces multiple independent falsifiable predictions.
