Coherence is when waves align—constructive interference. Decoherence is when they scramble—destructive interference. The universe trends toward decoherence (entropy). Life fights for coherence.
Christ is the coherence principle—the one in whom all things hold together. The framework is unapologetically Christocentric: C is not just a variable, it is a Person.
The eschatological limit: C → 1. Perfect coherence is the telos—the end toward which all things move. Not uniformity (which is death), but harmony in diversity (which is life).
Five Axioms
1. Coherence is the Attractor
The universe is pulled toward C=1. Openness, Grace, Truth, Logos all increase C.
2. Entropy is the Repeller
Sin and Entropy drive C toward 0. Decoherence is the natural drift; coherence requires work.
3. Christ is the Integration
Not metaphor—the Person of Christ is the coherence principle active in history.
4. C=1 is Eschatological
Perfect coherence is not yet achieved. The framework is provisional, pointing toward completion.
5. Conjugate to Truth [C,E]
Coherence without truth is conspiracy; truth without coherence is scattered facts.
